The wall-mounted service is the match — most household split-system air conditioners fall into this category.
If your unit sits flush in the ceiling
That's a cassette unit, typical in offices, clinics, and shops — the ceiling cassette service applies.
If it's about kitchen or bathroom air
Range hoods and ventilation fans are covered together under the third service.

On price
Prices above cover one unit per visit, at the scope described. Where more than one unit is involved — several fans, or a hood plus fans beyond the included two — we confirm the adjusted figure with you before the visit, not after.
Questions before deciding
Do I need to be present during the visit?
For homes, yes — we need access to the space. For commercial premises, a staff member with access is enough; the property owner doesn't need to attend.
How long does a unit stay clean afterward?
It depends on use and filter habits. Many households find a wall unit holds up well for six to twelve months before symptoms return.
What if my equipment doesn't fit these three categories?
Describe it on the contact form. Ducted systems and less common configurations are handled individually.
Can I supply my own replacement filter for the range hood?
Yes — mention it when arranging the visit and we'll fit it as part of the service.
