Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and the services described on it, operated by Rapid Griffin Godo Kaisha. By using the site or arranging a service through it, you agree to the terms below.

Service Usage Terms

Acceptable use: This site may be used to review service information and submit enquiries. It should not be used to submit false contact information or to disrupt normal site operation.

Access: No account is required to browse the site or submit the contact form.

Fair usage: Enquiries submitted in good faith are welcome at any time; repeated or automated submissions unrelated to genuine service requests may be disregarded.

Account Terms

This website does not currently offer user accounts. Where any future account functionality is introduced, separate terms will apply.

Service Availability

Cleaning services described on this site are offered within the Kobe area and surrounding region, subject to scheduling availability. We may update pricing, service descriptions, or availability from time to time; the version shown on the site at the time of your enquiry applies.

Intellectual Property

Text, images, and design elements on this site belong to Rapid Griffin Godo Kaisha unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission.

Prices on this site

Price list: The prices shown for wall-mounted units, ceiling cassettes and range hoods are per unit for the standard service described on each page. They are the prices we quote when we have not yet seen the equipment.

Confirmation on site: The technician checks the unit before starting. If it is a different type from the one booked, has an automatic filter-cleaning module, or is mounted where a ladder cannot be placed safely, we explain the difference and the price before any work begins. If you do not agree, the visit ends there and no cleaning charge is made.

The condition scale

The condition scale on this site is a guide for looking at your own unit through the front grille. It is useful for deciding whether cleaning is worth booking, but it cannot see the fan drum or the back of the heat exchanger. The level we record after opening the unit may differ from the level you estimated, and our recommendation is based on what we find inside.

Service area

We cover Kobe and neighbouring areas that can be reached within a normal working day. For addresses further away, please tell us the location in your first message so we can say whether a visit is practical before you share any other details.

Using the enquiry form

Please use the form for genuine questions about cleaning or to request a visit. Do not include access codes or payment details in the first message; we will ask for access information only once a date is agreed. Submissions that are automated, abusive or unrelated to our services may be deleted without reply.

Changes and governing law

We may update this site, the prices and these terms from time to time. The version shown on the day you contact us applies to that enquiry. These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the Kobe District Court has jurisdiction at first instance over any dispute about the use of this site.

Descriptions of cleaning results

Before-and-after descriptions on this site, such as restored airflow or reduced odour, describe what we typically see on units in ordinary household use. A unit that has been running for years in a kitchen, a shop or a smoker's room may not return to the same condition after one cleaning, and a fan motor or sensor that was already failing will not be fixed by washing it. We say what we expect for your unit once we have looked inside, and the recorded condition-scale level after cleaning is the measure we stand behind.

Safety information on this site

Pages that explain how to check a filter or look through the grille are written for a unit that is switched off and unplugged. Please do not open casings, remove drain pans or spray cleaning products into a unit yourself on the strength of anything written here. Water on the electrical parts of an air conditioner is a common cause of faults after self-cleaning.

Contacting us

Enquiries through the form are answered on working days, usually by the following afternoon. For a visit already booked for the same day, please telephone rather than use the form, so that the technician can be told directly.

Photographs on these pages show typical equipment and work, not the units of any particular customer, and some come from public image libraries.
