What we collect: Name, email address, and any details you choose to include in the contact form, such as unit type or preferred timing.

How it's collected: Directly through the contact form on this site, and through cookies where you've consented to analytics or advertising storage (see our Cookie Policy).

Legal basis: Processing is based on your consent when submitting the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Retention: Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to respond and, where a visit is arranged, to complete the service.

Personal data submitted through the contact form is used to respond to your enquiry and, where requested, to arrange a service visit. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Where analytics cookies are enabled with your consent, aggregated usage data helps us understand how the site is used.

We take reasonable steps to protect submitted information from unauthorised access, including limiting who can view enquiry records. Cookie consent choices are stored locally in your browser rather than on our servers.

Address and access: To send a technician we need the street address, the floor and room number, and any access notes such as an auto-lock code, a parking arrangement or the name of a building manager who has to be told in advance. Access codes are written only on the job sheet for that day and are removed from it once the visit is closed.

Unit details: The make, model number and approximate age of each air conditioner, cassette or range hood help us bring the right parts and covers. These details are kept with your booking so that a later visit starts from the same information.

We photograph the inside of each unit before and after cleaning: the heat exchanger fins, the fan drum, the drain pan and the filters. These are the pictures that show you the condition-scale level we recorded. We point the camera at the equipment, not the room, and if something personal is caught in a frame we crop or delete it before the photos are sent to you.

Photographs are shared only with you, or with the landlord or management company who arranged the visit if they booked it. They are not used on this website or in advertising without asking you first.

Booking records and photographs are kept for three years after the last visit, because a unit cleaned today is often due again in two or three years and the earlier photographs are the most useful comparison. After that they are deleted. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.

We handle personal information in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information. We do not give your details to other businesses, except a subcontracted technician attending a visit on our behalf, who receives only the address, access notes and unit details for that job. If a visit is arranged by a landlord, a management company or an employer, we share the job sheet and photographs with whoever booked it, and we tell the occupant at the start of the visit that we will do so. Occupants can ask us not to photograph anything beyond the unit itself.
