The promise
A wall unit that has gone unopened for a couple of years usually carries buildup on its fins and fan wheel that no filter change reaches. This service opens that up: fins rinsed, fan wheel cleaned under pressure, drain checked, and the whole thing closed back up and tested before we leave — with a photograph of the fan so you can see the difference yourself.
The problem
If your unit has started to carry a faint smell when it switches on, or seems to be working harder for less airflow than it used to, that's often not a sign anything is broken — it's a sign the parts behind the panel haven't been reached in a while. This is common enough that it rarely means anything is wrong with the unit itself.
The solution
We remove the front panel and filters, clean the heat exchanger fins directly, and take the cross-flow fan through a high-pressure rinse rather than wiping it through the access gap. Where the drain line is reachable, we clear it too, since a partially blocked drain is a common source of recurring odour even after a fan and fin clean.
The experience
We fit protective sheeting under the unit and along the wall before anything is opened, so the visit doesn't leave residue behind. Most of the work happens quietly around the unit itself; you don't need to do anything during the visit beyond giving us access to the room. It takes roughly ninety minutes from arrival to a tested, closed-up unit.

The proof
Progress is shown through the photograph we take of the fan before and after cleaning, since the fan wheel is usually the most visibly affected part. Most units reached in this way return to closer to their original airflow, though the exact figure depends on how long buildup had been accumulating.

If the unit is tested and something isn't working the way it should when we finish, we'll come back and look at it again at no extra charge for that visit. There's no obligation to book anything beyond the single service — asking a question through the form doesn't commit you to arranging a visit.
